FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
A ghost tour is a guided walking experience through historic parts of town where you'll hear eerie tales, urban legends, and true accounts of the unexplained. It's a mix of storytelling, history, and just the right amount of spooky fun—maybe a jump scare, some goosebumps and good times!
Tours can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. After that, tickets are non-refundable, but we’ll always do our best to help you find another date if possible.
Our tours begin promptly at the scheduled time to ensure the best experience for all guests. If you arrive late, the group may have already departed, and unfortunately, we’re unable to delay or restart the tour. We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to check in and get settled.
If you do miss your tour, please reach out — while tickets are non-refundable, we’ll do our best to help you reschedule for another available date when possible.
The tour lasts approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on the group size and pace. The walk itself is approximately 1.5 miles long.
Our ghost tour is family-friendly, but it may not be suitable for all ages. While we focus on history and storytelling rather than jump scares, some of the tales involve eerie legends, haunted locations, and historical tragedies that could be unsettling for younger children. We leave it up to parents to decide what’s best for their little ones—if your child enjoys ghost stories and a bit of spooky fun, they may love it! However, if they’re easily frightened, it might be best to sit this one out.
We recommend comfortable walking shoes, a flashlight (but please refrain from shining at private residences!), weather-appropriate clothing, water, and a camera to capture any ghostly encounters! Also - an empty bladder! There are no established bathroom breaks along the tour.
Yes, for safety and liability reasons, all participants must sign a waiver before the tour begins. Aka, we cannot be held responsible if you get so frightened you run off down a dark alleyway never to be seen again.
